Born from a simple idea in Bahia Blanca, Total Carnes was built on the belief that Argentine beef is more
than a product. It is part of a cultural identity shaped by quality, ritual and consistency.
After entering the U.S. in 2022, the brand evolved from a butcher shop into a broader retail concept:
premium cuts, prepared products, pantry staples and a customer experience designed around trust, product
knowledge and repeat purchase confidence.
Argentine heritage, premium standard
The assortment is led by cuts such as ribeye, skirt steak, vacio and tenderloin, alongside milanesas
and other prepared products. The focus is not novelty. It is serious quality delivered with consistency.
Florida stores, national reach
Total Carnes operates four stores across Florida, in North Miami, Aventura, Key Biscayne and Pinecrest,
and now ships nationwide through an e-commerce operation built for less than 24-hour fulfillment.
Cold chain, scale and control
Backed by refrigerated logistics and a Miami cold-storage operation with USDA-ready standards, the brand
is structured to protect product quality while scaling beyond physical stores.
